Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy!
*Coconut Milk: Not all are the same! Read the label because added sugars creep into majority of brands. I use SO Delicious Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk. I've tried about every brand of dairy free milk and this is my favorite by far! Plus is doesn't have added sugar and already has vanilla in it. If you don't have milk with vanilla, then add vanilla extract to recipe.
*Whipped Cream: Again, I use the brand So Delicious Coconut Whipped Cream again! Love it! Also, if you can handle a little bit of dairy, TruWhip is also a good brand because it contains very little sugar and dairy. Both found in the freezer section of most natural food stores and some general grocery stores.
