Melt Coconut Oil and 1/2 Cup of Cacao Chocolate Chips in microwave or stove top. Then let cool for a minute and set aside.
Mash 2 Bananas.
Add all wet ingredients together: Coconut Oil/Choc. Chips Melted, Eggs, Mashed Bananas, Vanilla Extract
Mix all dry ingredients together: Almond Flour, Peanut Butter Powder, Coconut Sugar, Cacao Powder, Baking Powder and Salt.
Mix wet and dry and then add the additional 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips.
Line 9X9 or 8X8 baking pan with parchment paper for a quick clean up.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
I then transferred bite sized pieces in baking cups for the Homeless Period Project Event. Pairing the two desserts looked so cute together!
If you want it completely free of refined sugar, than use 100% Cacao bar for the chocolate chips. And if you cannot find peanut butter powder, don't worry! You can just use 1/3 cup more of almond flour and it tastes great!
