Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1.5 Cups Brown Rice Crisp Cereal I prefer Erewhon Brand
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Chips
- 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla and Almond extract
- 1/4 Cup 100% Cacao Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Chips
- 1 Handful Pistachios chopped
- 1 Handful Peanuts chopped
- 1 Handful Dried Cherries w/o any extra sweeteners
