One bowl, one pan granola wonder! Mix all ingredients in one bowl, lay down some parchment paper on a pan and 40 minutes later you have an easy, healthy go-to snack!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1.5 Cups Brown Rice Crisp Cereal I prefer Erewhon Brand
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla and Almond extract
  • 1/4 Cup 100% Cacao Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Handful Pistachios chopped
  • 1 Handful Peanuts chopped
  • 1 Handful Dried Cherries w/o any extra sweeteners
Instructions
  1. 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  2. Then mix it up and put back in for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
